One commitment, chosen in a workshop at the start, carried for 100 days, in an intimate group of 50 or fewer, all doing important work.
It starts October 1. It ends January 8. Which means you finish in the first week of January, while everyone else is writing a list.
Not a sprint. 100 days is long enough that adrenaline will not carry you, which is the point.
Not a reset. You are not starting over. You are finishing.
Not hacks or shortcuts. The method is the same one in my book and my keynote, and it works because it runs on capacity, not willpower.
Not about doing less. This is not a program about wanting less. It is about wanting more and paying less for it.
