Who we are

This policy covers Mandy Balak Ventures Inc. ("we", "us"), including mandybalak.com and its programs and campaigns such as DECIDED and Chasing Enough. We collect only what we need to run our programs, deliver what you signed up for, and stay in touch.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us through a form, checkout, or email — name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us in a message.
• Order and program details — what you purchased, receipt uploads for pre-order bonuses, and your participation in programs like DECIDED.
• Basic usage data — pages visited and how you arrived, used to understand what is working.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the program or product you purchased, send you what you asked for (bonuses, session links, receipts), respond to inquiries, and — if you have joined the email list — send the newsletter. We do not sell your personal information, ever.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party processors (such as ThriveCart and Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe and you are off the list, no questions asked. Program emails specific to something you purchased stop when the program ends.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above or as required by law. Want a copy of what we have, or want it deleted? Email team@mandybalak.com and we will take care of it.
