The basics
These terms cover everything offered by Mandy Balak Ventures Inc. ("we", "us") — coaching, keynotes and speaking, programs such as DECIDED, and the book Chasing Enough, including its pre-order bonuses. By purchasing or participating, you agree to them.
Programs and participation
Programs are for your personal participation. Session replays, workbooks, and materials are yours to use but not to share, resell, or redistribute. Spots in capped cohorts (such as the founding 50 in DECIDED) are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payments
Prices are listed on each program or product page and processed in the currency shown at checkout through our payment processors. Refunds, where offered, are described on the relevant program page.
Pre-order bonuses
Pre-order bonuses are offered for a limited window and delivered by email after your receipt is verified. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a discount on the book.
No professional advice
Coaching, keynotes, books, and program materials are for development and education. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and they do not create a client-professional relationship beyond the engagement you purchased.
Content and ownership
All content on this site — copy, design, photography, video, and the Chasing Enough framework — belongs to Mandy Balak Ventures Inc. You may share links freely; you may not reproduce the content itself without written permission.
